twinkle, twinkle, little star...

Riiiight. What do I want from life, anyway? What the fuck am I doing in this reality? I should have been born in a totally different one - one where life is nowhere to be found, where there is only the silence and the stars. And I am a star, burning and burning and burning! I would be just fine, I wouldn't fear the dark, I wouldn't battle the void, I wouldn't miss the chord. I would simply ignite, burn and die, leaving no ashes behind to dull the brightness of the other stars... But I am here. I have to feel. I have to search.
